SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

You may return new and unused peripherals and scales within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less credit card fees not to exceed 3%, and  less shipping charges,  provided item being returned is in "new" condition; enclosed in the original manufacturer's box.  ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S BOX WILL RECEIVE A 15% DEDUCTION FROM YOUR REFUND.  You must include all packing materials, manuals, cables, accessory parts, and power adapter (if applicable).  Return hardware must be "double boxed" i.e. the manufacturer's box must be placed inside a new box for shipping.  Customer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from TechShed prior to return shipping.  Customer will pay for return shipping and insurance on unwanted items.  We’ll deduct our original shipping charges from your refund as "Free Shipping" applies to items that are kept.  

SAVE THOSE SHIPPING BOXES!  (For at least 45 days)

Customer may return new and unused items within 16-30 days of delivery, for a refund less a 15% restock fee and shipping charges, provided returned item is in "new" condition, enclosed in the original manufacturer's box, including all packing materials, manuals, cables, accessory parts, and power adapter (if applicable).  Items must be "double boxed" i.e. the manufacturer's box must be placed inside a new box for shipping.  Customer must obtain an "RMA" from TechShed prior to return shipping.  Customer will pay for return shipping and insurance on unwanted items.  We’ll deduct our original shipping charges from your refund as "Free Shipping" applies to items that are kept.

Failure to comply with above will result in a restock fee of no less than $50.   


WARRANTY or REPAIR

TechShed will replace a defective POS peripheral or scale at no charge within 30 days of delivery.  Customer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from TechShed prior to return shipping.  Defective item must be returned in the original manufacturer's box, include all packing materials, manuals, cables, accessory parts, and power adapter (if applicable).  Items must be "double boxed" i.e. the manufacturer's box should be placed inside another box for shipping.  TechShed will issue a carrier call tag to have the item picked up at your location and returned to us.  A replacement unit will be shipped immediately after you first contact us.  Failure to comply with above will result in a restock fee of no less than $50. 

 TechShed will work with you for items under warranty, and in your possession for more than 30 days, by having you first contact the manufacturer’s support department.  Should the item need to be returned to the manufacturer, you and the manufacturer will work out the details.  Customer will pay for shipping and insurance on defective items when required by the manufacturer. 

Failure to comply with above will result in a restock fee of no less than $50.
